SMS or authenticator app, which is better?
SMS code is easy, but authenticator app is more stable, especially when the network is slow.
Many set up accounts first with bKash, Nagad and Rocket, then login with the same controls from Dhaka or Chattogram.
On mobile data, SMS is convenient, but a 6-digit authenticator code is more secure because it is generated on the phone.
What to do if you lose backup codes
Backup codes are shown only once; write them in a separate place, or login may be blocked.
If phone is lost, these are the last resort; many users keep 8 to 10 codes in a small notebook.
